根据前文中求得的次正规溶体模型运用于同分熔解化合物的关系式,进一步讨论了In-Sb系统的热力学性质。由已经求得的两个次正规常数,计算了InSb化合物的标准形成自由能ΔF_(Insb)~o(T)(以液态组元In和Sb为标准态),并计算了In-Sb平衡图中和InSb化合物处于平衡的液相线,计算结果与实验数据均能良好符合。本文并针算了In-Sb溶液的各热力学函数及组元的活度,和Terpilowski的实验数据作了比较。

On the basis of the relations derived in our previous paper on the application of thesub-regular solution model to the thermodynamic analysis of binary phase diagrams, thethermodynamic properties of In-Sb system are discussed. Using the constants of sub-regularity obtained, the standard free energy of formation of In-Sb and the liquidus inequilibrium with the congruent compound have been calculated. The results are in goodagreement with the experimental data. Various thermodynamic properties of the In-Sbmelts have been calculated and compared with the data of Terpilowski.
