采用超声电化学阳极氧化法快速制得TiO2纳米管阵列,在一定范围内提高阳极氧化电压可以有效增大样品的管内径、壁厚和管长.在空气中经500℃煅烧6 h后,以高压汞灯为光源,20 V氧化电压制得的TiO2纳米管阵列电极表现出比10 V氧化电压电极更好的光电化学特性,其平均光电流密度可达5.6 mA/cm2,光电压约为0.9 V/SCE.10 V和20 V氧化电压制得的TiO2纳米管阵列具有相近的平带电势,而后者具有相对较大的光电流和电荷载流子密度.
