从理论上分析TA15钛合金动态再结晶晶粒生长驱动力,提出动态再结晶晶粒生长等效反驱动力的概念.基于动态再结晶晶粒生长驱动力,建立(描述动态再结晶晶粒尺寸演变)的晶粒生长速率模型及晶粒尺寸模型.以TA15钛合金动态再结晶晶粒尺寸实验测定数据为例,采用遗传算法(GA)优化尺寸模型参数.结果表明,模型计算结果与实验数据能够达到较好的吻合,平均误差为7.4%.
