由于其优异的电学和光学性质,石墨烯引起了科学界的广泛关注.随着对石墨烯研究的深入,最近三维(3D)石墨烯的制备成为热点.本文采用CVD方法,以泡沫镍为模板制备了高质量的2～4层的3D石墨烯.另外,本文对此3D石墨烯的生长机理进行了研究.
