基于氢致裂纹扩展的氢增塑性理论,提出一种氢致裂纹扩展 的分形模型,并根据分形几何理论,建立了金属在氢环境下广义有效表面能Γ(H)与分形 维数D以及氢致裂纹扩展应力强度因子KIH的关系,从而得到D与KISCC的 关系,并进行实验验证,表明方法的正确性.
Based on the theory of hydrogen enhanced local pla sticity of the hydrogen induced cracking,the paper presents a fractal model of h ydr ogen induced cracking,and sets up a relation among the effective surface energy Γ(H),fractal dimension D and stress intensity factor of hydrogen induc ed cracking KIH under hydrogen environment.The relationship of D a nd KISCC is obtained.The model is verified by experiment,and it showed that the method is reliable.
