用溶胶凝胶法制备出表面含可聚合官能团的亚微米SiO2粒子,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为聚合单体,甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMEMA)为功能单体,在复合乳化剂SE-10/OP-10的作用下,通过SiO2粒子表面上的乳液聚合成功制备出了表面光滑且具有核壳结构的SiO2/PMMA-DMEMA复合粒子,并对得到的复合粒子采用透射电镜(TEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、光电子能谱(xPS)和热失重分析(TGA)进行表征.TEM结果显示,SiO2处于内层,大小约170 nm;外层包覆了厚度约20 nm的聚合物.XPS表明,SiO2被聚合物包覆后,N元素的摩尔分数为2.08%,其表面Si元素的摩尔分数降到2.21%.复合粒子经TGA分析后,聚合物与SiO2质量比(fp)为69.4/100,其中PMMA和PDMEMA含量分别为29.0%和10.1%;复合粒子经甲苯抽提后,聚合物与SiO2的质量比(fp)为60.1/100.聚合物的有效接枝率(fc)约为86.6%.
