为了制备一种高性能的导电纤维,采用自制金属化试剂(NaH-DMSO)对芳纶纤维进行粗化处理,通过化学镀技术制备镀银导电芳纶纤维。研究了镀液成分及工艺条件对化学镀银的增重率、表面电阻及镀层形貌的影响并得到了最佳工艺参数。经检测,以最佳工艺制备的镀银芳纶纤维的导电性优良,电阻为0.25Ω/cm,且强度损失小(〈5%),断裂强力为44N。
Conductive aramid fibers were prepared by electroless silver plating on the fibers. The aramid fibersunderwent NaH-DMSO treatment,sensitization, activation and electroless silver deposition on their surface re- spectively. Influence of different silvering bath compositions and process conditions on weight gain percentage, resistance and surface morphology was investigated and the optimized process of electroless silver plating on Kevlar fibers was obtained. In addition, the breaking strength of silver deposited aramid fibers remained at val-ues up to 44 N. The resistance of silver deposited Kevlar was 0.25Ω/cm.
