针对印度尼西亚红土镍矿的干燥、烧结问题,进行了原矿的化学成分测定、热重(TG)、差热(DTA)实验以及X射线衍射(XRD)分析.在升温过程中,得到了原矿主要矿物中自由水、结晶水和羟基的脱除温度区间.利用自制的烧结杯系统进行不同配碳量的烧结试验,研究了配碳量对烧结速度、烧结失重、废气温度、料层温度及成品率等参数的影响.结合相图和料层温度信息,对成品矿样进行了XRD及SEM分析,表明辉石(MgFeSi2O6)和镁方铁矿(Mg(Ni)Fe2O4)是红土镍矿烧结的主要粘接相.
