用动态扭振法对不同配比的(环氧树脂-聚酰胺)/聚(丙烯酸正丁酯-二乙烯苯-苯乙烯)互穿聚合物网络(IPN)进行了4个温度的等温固化实验。讨论了其最佳配方和最佳固化条件;求取了固化反应表观活化能ΔEa,讨论了不同组分对固化反应,特别是对ΔEa的影响。用非平衡态热力学涨落理论对上述IPN的等温固化行为进行了预估,理论曲线与实验曲线符合良好。
Isothermal cure experiments of(epoxy-polyamide)/poly(butyl acrylate-divinylbenzene-styrene) interpenetrating polymer networks(IPN) were carried out by the dynamic torsional vibration method at four temperatures. The optimum composition and curing conditions were estimated. Apparent activation energy ΔEa of cure reaction was calculated and influences of different components on the cure reaction and ΔEa were discussed. A nonequilibrium thermodynamic fluctuation theroy has been applied to predict isothermal cure behavior of IPN. There was a good agreement between the theoretical curve and the experimental one.
