基于ABAQUS建立复合材料层合板螺栓连接三维渐进损伤模型,并通过数值模拟与实验极限强度值的对比,证明模型具有较好的准确度,相对误差均在8%以内。在此基础上,研究螺栓-孔配合精度对层合板螺栓连接强度的影响,并预测其损伤起始到最终失效的损伤扩展过程。结果表明,采用干涉量较小的干涉配合可以提高接头的极限强度;损伤单元由中间铺层向表面铺层扩展,当损伤单元由孔边沿径向扩展至板宽边缘时,层合板最终失效。
A three-dimensional finite element model was developed based on ABAQUS for the analysis of composite bolted joints. The relative error of ultimate strength between numerical simulation and experimental results is within 8%,which indicates that the model has acceptable accuracy. Furthermore,the model is used to study how fit accuracy influences the joint strength and to predict the damage propagation process that from damage initiation to final failure. Simulation results show that interference fit can increase joint strength when the interference quantity is appropriate. Damage elements propagate from middle layer to surface layer. Final failure occurs when damage elements extend to the edge of laminate along the radial.
