用实际生产数据说明，通钢120 t转炉实现副枪和动、静态模型控制下的自动炼钢工艺后，吹炼过程稳定，补吹炉数少，钢铁料、合金消耗低，炉龄提高，转炉冶炼周期缩短，工作环境改善，使转炉副枪系统的应用取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。总结了在实现转炉自动炼钢工艺的过程中所做的主要工作和存在的问题，并确定了下一步工作的努力方向。
Being demonstrated by production data, the benefits of both economical and social have been achieved by more stable melting process, decrease of BOF reblow rate, less consumption of raw material, longer converter campaign, shorter melting time, better working conditions with computerized automatic steel making process on 120ton BOF at Tonggang. The existing problems and further improvements are summarized.
