通过在我国6个典型大气试验站长期现场暴露试验获得了2024和7075高强铝合金的剥蚀深度和腐蚀失重数据,并利用灰色关联分析方法,研究了环境因素对高强铝合金剥蚀和腐蚀失重的影响程度. 结果表明,影响高强铝合金剥蚀和腐蚀失重的主要因素并不相同.影响2024和7075剥蚀最主要的污染物因素均为海盐粒子、HCl和H2S,而最主要的气象因素均为80%RH以上时数、70%RH以上时数和平均RH等.影响2024和7075型材腐蚀失重的最主要污染物因素为SO2、海盐粒子和HCl,而气象因素是80%RH以上时数.
Exfoliation depth and mass loss for 2024 and 7075 were measured after long-term field exposure in typical atmospheres of six test sits in China. By gray relation analysis, the relationship between environmental factors and exfoliation depth or mass loss was investigated. The result shows that sea-salt particles, HCl and H2S are the main pollutants factors for the exfoliation of 2024 and 7075. The time of RH>80%, the time of RH>70% and average RH are the main climatic factors for the exfoliation of them. While for the mass loss of 2024 and 7075, SO2, sea-salt particles, and HCl are three main pollutants factors. The time of RH>80% is the main climatic factor.
