ZnO薄膜是近年发展起来的发光材料,是当前研究的热门课题.关于ZnO薄膜光致发光近几年来有许多报道和新的发光峰发现.本文对在各种制备方法、制备条件和激发条件下得到的ZnO薄膜的光致发光谱和相应机理进行了综述.提出了关于需进一步研究的问题.
