采用数据分组分析的方法,利用人机交互手段对参数空间多个二维投影进行研究,得到了焦炭热性质的合理有效生产控制参数区间:灰分为9.1%~9.4% ,挥发分>27.5%; 细度>75.9%,且强粘煤比例不小于50。实践表明:针对生产检测不足和管理粗糙而造成的成组有效数据量少且数据可靠程度低的现状, 该方法使用简单且对炼焦厂工业生产有效。
By group analysis and manmachine interaction of data injection of 2 dimensional plan of control parameters, reasonable and valid control parameters were found: Ash content,from 9.1 to 9.4, volatile greater than 27.5,coke fines content greater than 75.9 and strong caking coal ratio more than 50. Practices showed that presented method is simple and effective for coking plants with few valid production data groups,poor data reliability and poor production management.
