采用金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段对120mm厚Q345GJCZ35特厚板Z向性能不合格原因进行了分析,结果表明:特厚板Q345GJCZ35Z向性能不合格主要是由于钢锭中偏析处较多块状Nb(Ti)C聚集、存在着Nb(Ti)C裂纹源,偏析处存在贝氏体等硬相组织。通过优化成分设计、加强精炼过程控制、改进模铸浇注工艺、制定合理轧制和热处理工艺等相关措施,取得了良好的效果,Z向性能合格率达到96%以上。
The reason of disqualified tensile strength in thickness direction of Q345GJCZ35 steel plate is analyzed by means of SEM,metallographic examination and EDS.The results showed that the disqualified tensile strength in thickness direction of Q345GJCZ35 steel plate was mainly due to the existence of aggregation of bulk Nb(Ti)C and original crack of Nb(Ti) at segregation area.Another reason was attributed to the existence of hard phases,such as Bainite at the segregation area.By optimizing the design of steel composition,strengthening the control of refining process,improving the mould casting process and setting the appropriate rolling programm and choosing the proper heat treatment process,the qualified ratio of tensile strength in thickness direction has reached over 96 %.
