以交联聚天冬氨酸(PAsp)、丙烯酸(AAc)为原料,过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用分步法制备聚天冬氨酸/聚丙烯酸(PAAc)互穿网络吸水性树脂(IPNAP).利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对产物组成和结构形态进行了表征,探讨了组成对IPNAP吸液性能的影响,研究了IPNAP在不同盐溶液、温度及pH值条件下的吸液性能.结果表明,互穿网络组成对IPNAP吸液性能具有明显的影响,当PAsp/AAc质量比为1时,树脂的吸液性能最好,其在蒸馏水和生理盐水中的吸液倍率分别达到826g/g和120g/g,并且所制备的IPNAP对盐、温度和pH表现出显著的敏感性.
