以N-乙烯基乙酰胺(NVA)、醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)和甲基丙烯酸-N,N′-二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)为原料,通过自由基聚合制备了PDMAEMA/P(NVA-co-VAc)半互穿网络(Sem-iIPN)水凝胶。实验结果表明,该水凝胶具有较好的温度敏感性、pH敏感性、溶胀-退胀可逆性。随着温度的逐渐升高,凝胶的溶胀率随之下降;水凝胶在酸性介质中溶胀,碱性介质中收缩;分别在温度为10℃与60℃以及pH值为1.0与7.4的条件下测试了水凝胶的溶胀率,发现其溶胀-退胀具有良好的可逆性,基本上呈现周期性变化。同时,由于PDMAEMA的引入,使得水凝胶具有一定的盐敏感性。
A novel temperature and pH-sensitive poly(2-(N,N′-dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)/ poly(N-vinylacetamide-co-vinylacetate)(PDMAEMA/P(NVA-co-VAc)) semi-IPN hydrogel was synthesized through incorporating PDMAEMA into cross-linked P(NVA-co-VAc) hydrogel by free radical solution polymerization in water at 30 ℃.The obtained results show that the semi-IPN hydrogels have temperature and pH double sensitivities.It is found that the Semi-IPN hydrogels show good swelling-shrinking reversibility under 10 ℃ and 60 ℃.Also,the semi-IPN hydrogels similar show good swelling-shrinking reversibility under pH=1.0 and pH=7.4. The swelling ratio of the semi-IPN hydrogels decreases according as raising temperature.The hydrogels swell in acidic medium and shrink in alkaline medium.Meanwhile,the hydrogels have some salt-sensitive due to the introduction of PDMAEMA chains.
