以聚苯乙烯单层胶体晶体为模板,分别采用溶液浸渍法和磁控溅射法制备TiO2和ZnO二维纳米阵列。研究了前驱体浓度、溅射时间和溅射功率对纳米阵列形态的影响,研究发现随着前驱体浓度的降低, TiO2纳米阵列的形貌由孔状变为环状。对于特定的ZnO孔状阵列,随着溅射功率的增大和溅射时间的延长,阵列的表面形貌也出现了明显的变化。结果表明,利用模板法制备的纳米阵列的形态可通过实验参数来进行调控。
Titanium dioxide( TiO2 ) and zinc oxide( ZnO) two dimensional nanoarrays were fabricated by solution dip and magnetron sputtering via monolayer polystyrene colloidal crystal template,respectively. The effects of pre-cursor concentration,sputtering time and sputtering power on the morphology of nanoarrays were studied. The mor-phology of TiO2 nanoarray changes from pore into ring with the decreasing precursor concentration. The surface of ZnO pore array was also clearly changed with the increased power and the prolonged time. The results indicated that the morphology of nanoarrays could be controlled by the experiment parameters.
