用多元Miedema模型理论和等效键参数理论对Gd(Tb)-Co-Al多元合金成分的块体非晶形成能力进行了预设计,针对预设计的合金成分用水冷铜模吸铸法制备出了一系列不同直径(1,3,5 mm)的Gd基合金样品.利用X射线衍射仪确定合金的结构,用热分析法研究了合金的玻璃转变、晶化和熔化行为.实验证明,采用多元Miedema模型理论和等效键参数理论能有效地进行块体非晶合金的成分设计,理论与实验结果能较好地符合.
