通过建立油浸式变压器二维等效模型,采用有限元法求解变压器流体-温度场,对比分析了植物绝缘油和矿物绝缘油对变压器热点温度及绕组温度分布的影响,分析了不同入口油速、不同变压器绝缘油对变压器热点温度的影响。结果表明:在同等入口油速下,植物绝缘油的散热特性优于矿物绝缘油,说明采用植物绝缘油代替矿物绝缘油应用于变压器中是可行的。
A two-dimension equivalent model of oil-immersed transformer was built, and the fluid-temperature field of the transformer was analyzed by finite element method. The effect of vegetable insulating oil and mineral insulating oil on the hot-spot temperature and winding temperature of transformer was compared, and the influences of oil inlet velocity and different types of oil on the hot-spot temperature were analyzed. The simulation results show that the heat dissipation characteristic of the vegetable oil is better than that of the mineral insulating oil under the same oil inlet velocity, which indicates that the vegetable insulating oil can replace the mineral insulating oil applied in transformer.
