以蒙脱石为原料,油酸钠和硬脂酸钠为阴离子表面活性剂,采用机械力化学法制备了有机膨润土,研究了表面活性剂的种类及球磨时间对插层效果的影响.结果表明,油酸钠和硬脂酸钠通过机械力化学法无法插入原始蒙脱石及经小分子有机物饱和的蒙脱石层间,小分子有机物饱和后的蒙脱石层间距最大增加0.48 nm,单独球磨蒙脱石、油酸钠或硬脂酸钠不会改变它们自身的结构.长时间的球磨不能增加插层效果.
