为探究电爆炸导体断路开关与电感储能系统的参数匹配问题,通过分析金属导体在电爆炸过程中的物态变化,结合电爆炸导体断路开关参数选取的理论经验公式,得到电爆炸导体断路开关的参数,并进行多次电爆炸试验。结果表明:在电感储能系统的初始电压为5 kV、电爆炸导体的直径为0.15 mm时,可得到大于140 MW的脉冲功率信号。
In order to explorethe parameter match between the electro-explosive opening switch and inductive energy storage system,experiments of multiple groups of metallic conductor were conducted through the analysis of state changes in the process of electrical explosion of metal conductor,and combination with a theoretical model in selecting parameters of electro-explosive opening switch. The experimental results show that pulse power signals greater than 140 MW can be obtained when the initial voltage in the inductive energy storage system is 5 kV and the electric explosion conductor diameter is 0.15 mm.
