本文研究了典型TiAl基合金显微组织在热处理过程中的变化规律及组织与室温拉伸性能间的对应关系结果表明,合金经γ+α双相区处理并控制冷却速度,可获得细小的层片状晶粒和等轴γ晶粒组成的复相组织,此组织室温塑性最佳对显微组织的分析表明,高塑性来自于组织的细化和较大的片层体积分量
Studies were made of the microstructure variation during heat treatment andthe correlation between structure and room temperature tensile properties. The duplex struc-ture, composed of fine lamellar colonies and equiaxial γgrians, with superior room tempera-ture plasticity may be obtained by heat treatment at γ+α phase zone with controlled coolingrate. It is believed that its plasticity is resulted from fine grained structure and higher volumefraction of lamellar colonies.
