针对钯合金扩散室的结构及焊接特点,研究了钯膜与不锈钢的微束等离子焊接工艺,通过设计合理的夹具及在钯膜表面镀镍的方法得到了气密性优良的焊接件。产品的漏率小于1×10-9 Pa·m3/s,满足扩散室低泄漏率的使用要求。
Through analyzing structure and welding characteristic of palladium alloys diffuser, palladium membrane welding to stainless steel by means of micro-plasma arc welding technique was investigated. The welding product with excellent gas tightness properties were obtained by designing right welding jigs and nickel plating on Palladium membrane. The gas tightness of diffuser with low rate of leakage less than 1×10-9 Pa·m3/s was capable of meeting the requirements for the specified application.
