本文以乙醇处理后丝素蛋白(SF)纳米膜为载体,通过逐层自组装方法制备SF-PEI(聚乙烯亚胺)涂层复合纳米纤维膜.通过SEM、FTIR、TG-DTA、XPS分别研究多层SF-PEI复合纤维膜的形貌、结构和性能.结果表明:少于5层SF-PEI涂层纤维膜保持良好的纤维形貌和基本特征,是理想的潜在重金属离子吸附材料.但继续增加自组装层数(6层SF-PEI),纤维表面有明显的粘附物,且纤维彼此间粘连严重,形貌恶化.IR、TG-DTA和XPS分析结果表明,PEI大分子已被吸附于SF表面,形成了多层自组装SF PEI复合纤维膜,且复合膜中N1s以单峰的形式存在,反应了自组装后PEI中“N”元素的价态没有改变,说明自组装涂层纤维膜层与层之间主要是依靠简单的静电相互作用.通过控制自组装的层数,可以得到具有理想结构和性能的复合纳米纤维膜.
