以往,壳聚糖磷酸酯在海水中的缓蚀性能少有研究,为此,在酸性条件下制备了水溶性壳聚糖磷酸酯,采用失重法和电化学测试的方法研究了壳聚糖磷酸酯在海水体系中对Q235碳钢的缓蚀性能.结果表明:壳聚糖磷酸酯在浓度为400 mg/L时缓蚀效率达到最高为73.05%,在较长时间内仍保持较高的缓蚀效率,在常温和高温下都能很好地抑制海水对碳钢的腐蚀,是一种高效的海水缓蚀剂.
Water-soluble phosphonic chitosan was synthesized at acidic condition.The inhibitive properties of the resulting phosphonic chitosan for mild steel in seawater were studied using weight loss test and electrochemical test.Results show that the highest inhibitive efficiency of phosphonic chitosan,which is as much as 73.05%,is obtained at a dosage of 400 mg/L,and the high inhibition efficiency can be retained for a long time.Moreover,the synthesized phosphonic chitosan as an inhibitor is able to inhibit the corrosion of carbon steel in seawater at both ambient and elevated temperatures,showing promising potential as a high-efficiency inhibitor in seawater.
