在无特殊设计的温度梯度条件下,用熔融织构法制备了高电流密度的YBCO(123)块样。组织分析表明,样品由厚度约为10μm 的薄片晶粒,按c 轴相互平行的方式定向排列而成,晶粒长度达1cm。在77K,5T 下,直流传输电流密度达40kA/cm~2。钉扎势(77K,1T)为0.2eV 左右。
