以四烷基氢氧化铵为结构导向剂,正丁醇为结构导向助剂,采用溶胶凝胶-水热法组合制备了不同形貌的二氧化钛纳米晶.通过TG/DTA、TEM、XRD、DLS等手段对产物进行了结构和形貌表征.研究表明,通过选择结构导向剂的烷基种类可分别得到四方型和纺锤型纳米晶,在一定范围内改变其浓度则可以控制晶体的晶化度、分散性和颗粒尺寸.
