采用自主研发的装置结合离子色谱仪研究了Zn-Al-Mg-RE涂层的自封闭特性,同时通过SEM观察了该涂层腐蚀前后表面腐蚀产物的微观形貌. 结果表明:随着腐蚀时间的增加,单位时间氯离子渗透通过Zn-Al-Mg-RE涂层的量不断地降低,超过504 h后,单位时间氯离子渗透通过该涂层的量几乎为零;此时涂层表面被非常致密的腐蚀产物所覆盖. 由此说明本文的研究方法能够更直观的证明Zn-Al-Mg-RE金属涂层具有自封闭特性. 。
The self-repairing phenomenon of high velocity arc sprayed (HVAS) Zn-Al-Mg-RE (RE-rare earth) coating in corrosive environment containing chloride ions has been reported. Therefore a noval method incorporated with ion chromatograph was proposed in the paper for characterizing the self-repairing ability of such coatings. Meanwhile the surface morphology of the tested coating was observed by SEM. Results showed that the permeation rate of chloride ions through the coating film decreased with the elapse of time. When the testing time was longer than 504 hours, the permeation rate of chloride ions nearly decreased to zero. Whilst, a lot of compact corrosion products could be observed on the coating surface after exposure to 5 mass % NaCl solution. The results confirmed that the device can be used to characterize the self-repairing ability of sprayed coatings.
