对镀锡板表面小白条缺陷的产生原因及影响因素进行了深入分析，证明了小白条缺陷与热卷原料的锈蚀情况有直接关系。为解决此问题，必须对热卷的存放条件和使用周期进行严格管控。
The causes for the formation of white strip defect on tinplate surface and its affecting factors were analyzed. It is proved that the defect is associated with the corrosion of hot-rolled plate. The strict control of storage environment and application period is recommended.
