冷连轧机轧制策略选择的合理与否，将会对轧机产量、产品质量和操作等产生根本性的影响。因而选择合理的轧制策略，并研究在线识别轧制策略显得尤为重要。运用模糊聚类分析和模糊综合评判算法，建立了八辊五机架全连续冷连轧机轧制策略的优化方法；根据轧制过程在各个时刻的状态找出要施加的控制规律，使得随后的轧制过程在最优工况条件下运行，获得最佳的板形和板厚质量。通过现场在线应用能使轧制工况的各项技术经济指标达到最优，取得良好的优化效果，满足现场生产需要。
It is important to select right rolling strategy for multiroll cold tandem mill, which will affect the output, product quality and operating of the mill. Therefore, it is important to use right rolling strategy and research how to identify the rolling strategy online. By applying fuzzy clustering and fuzzy synthetical evaluation, the optimization of rolling strategy for five stands and eightroll cold tandem mill is received. According to the status of the rolling process, the regulation of rolling control is found. The optimal quality of the shape and the thickness is received by using the optimal rolling status which is mentioned above. By applying online, all kinds of technical and economic target reach optimization, better effect can be obtained and requirement on the manufacturing site can be satisfied.
