用双反应室激光气相合成纳米粉体装置,以六甲基二硅胺烷((Me3Si)2NH)(Me:CH3)和氨气为原料,用激光诱导气相反应法合成了纳米SiC(N)粉体.采用双反应室结构不仅提高了CO2激光的利用率,而且提高了纳米粉体的产率,合成的SiC(N)粉体的粒径为20~50nm,纳米粉体的分散性好,无严重团聚.研究了纳米SiC(N)粉体的激发光谱和发射光谱,纳米SiC(N)粉体的激发光谱峰的位置为205.4nm,峰的强度为1862 a.u.,发射光谱峰的位置为505.2nm,峰的强度为1499 a.u.,纳米SiC(N)粉体在紫外激发下发出蓝绿色荧光.纳米SiC晶体中与N有关的缺陷是引起蓝绿光发射的主要原因.N原子是浅施主杂质,在SiC晶格中占据了C原子的位置,在外界能量的激发下,N原子最外层电子从激发态跃迁到基态而释放出光子.
