采用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)的方法分别在LaAlO3(100),(110)和(111)衬底上沉积了La0.7Sr0.3MnO3(LSMO)外延薄膜,研究了不同晶面取向对薄膜输运和光诱导特性的影响.实验结果表明随着垂直膜面晶格不匹配度的增加,薄膜的相变温度向低温方向移动,而电阻率和光致电阻率变化值(△ρ)则增大,分析表明这一现象的出现可归结于晶格失配致使双交换作用减弱.
