研究了提高锆酸钡基质子导体电导率的方法.首先以BaCO_3、ZrO_2、Yb_2O_3为原料,采用固相法合成了BaZr_0.85Yb_0.15O_(3-δ).然后分别添加Li_2SO_4、Na_2SO_4、K_2SO_4等有质子导电性的盐类,使其分布在晶界上.采用直流四电极法测定了添加不同硫酸盐后BaZr_0.85Yb_0.15O_(3-δ)陶瓷的电导率.测试结果表明,这种方法大幅度提高了BaZr_0.85Yb_0.15O_(3-δ)陶瓷的电导率.
Methods of improving the conductivity of BaZrO_3-based ceramics were investigated in this paper. BaZr_0.85Yb_0.15O_(3-δ) ceramic samples were prepared by solid state reaction first. Sulphates with proton conductivity were then infiltrated into the pellets. DC 4-probe method was adopted to measure the conductivity of ceramics infiltrated by different sulphates. The results indicate that the conductivity of BaZr_0.85Yb_0.15O_(3-δ) ceramic is improved greatly.
