采用有限元软件Deform-3D模拟和实验相结合的方法对AZ31镁合金双向挤压过程进行分析.研究发现,有限元模拟能真实反映镁合金挤压变形过程中的变形行为、应力应变分布状态以及不同工艺参数对挤压力的影响,并对挤压变形过程中的墩粗阶段、转角剪切阶段和挤压比变形区域的显微组织进行了分析与讨论.
