采用两步法制备温敏型磁性吸水树脂,考察了反应温度、反应时间、单体配比、引发剂和交联剂用量对平衡溶胀率的影响,对树脂的溶胀动力学和退胀动力学过程进行了研究,考察了互穿交联作用对磁性物Fe3O4含量的影响.结果表明,在反应温度10℃,反应时间24 h,单体配比1∶4,引发剂用量1.0%,交联剂用量1.0%条件下可以制备出对温度敏感响应性良好磁性吸水树脂,其低临界溶解温度在30~45℃之间;经过互穿交联作用形成的温敏型磁性吸水树脂磁性Fe3O4含量大幅减少.
