通过不同配比的相容剂ABS-g-MAH用双螺杆挤出机制备Nylon6/ABS/ABS-g-MAH的合金。通过差示扫描量热(DSC)研究合金的熔融行为和等温结晶动力学,结果得出,随着结晶温度的升高(至194℃),两个熔融峰逐渐合二为一。加入ABS-g-MAH后,合金的结晶时间变短,结晶速率增加。结晶动力学分析通过Avrami方程描述了合金在不同温度下的初级阶段的等温过程,lg{-ln[1-X(t)]}与lgt呈良好的线性关系。计算了合金球晶生长的动力学参数,得到Avrami指数n在2.00~2.99之间,表明ABS-g-MAH和ABS弹性体的加入促进了Nylon 6的异相成核。
Nylon6/ABS(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) /ABS-g-MAH(maleic anhydride) alloys with different ratio of compatibilizer and ABS-g-MAH were prepared using a twin-screw extruder.The melting behavior and isothermal crystallization kinetics were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results indicate that two molten peaks combine into one with the rise of the crystallization temperature(to 194 ℃);Crystallization time becomes shorter and the crystallization rate increases with the addition of compatibilizer.The analysis of the crystallization kinetics demonstrates that the Avrami equation well describes the isothermal crystallization process of the primary stage,showing good linear relationship between lg{-ln[1-X(t)]} and lgt.The spherulites growth kinetics parameters were examined,n is between 2.00 and 2.99,the experimental results confirm that the presence of ABS-g-MAH increases the crystallization rate of Nylon 6.
