采用失重法、动电位扫描法、电化学阻抗法,研究了溶菌酶在硫酸介质中对Q235钢的缓蚀行为。结果表明,溶菌酶是一种缓蚀效果显著的混合型缓蚀剂,吸附行为属于自发的化学吸附,符合Langmuir等温吸附式,缓蚀效率受酸度、温度、缓蚀剂酸泡时间的影响较小。
Corrosion inhibition behavior of lysozyme on Q235 steel in H2SO4 solution was studied by mass loss,potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results show that lysozyme is a mixed-type inhibitor.The absorption type of Lysozyme on Q235 steel surface is spontaneous chemisorption,and obeys Langmuir isotherm.Inhibition efficiency of lysozyme is excellent and less effected by H2SO4 concentration,solution temperature and the dipping time of lysozyme in H2SO4 solution.
