研究了非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100在调堵剂预交联凝胶颗粒(PPG)上的吸附和脱附特性,其吸附等温线符合Langmuir型吸附,吸附在颗粒上的表面活性剂能够被后续注入水逐渐洗脱下来,仍然可以提高原油采收率.利用激光粒度仪研究了Triton X-100对PPG膨胀性的影响规律,发现吸附后PPG的粒径减小.稳态和动态流变性实验研究表明,随着Triton X-100浓度的增加,溶胀后的PPG逐渐表现出假塑性流体特征,储能模量逐渐降低,PPG的注入性和运移性得到提高.
