等温淬火的含Si超高强度钢往往存在(M-A)组织和转变不完全的贝氏体组织。在贝氏体区等温组织中的残余奥氏体多存在于前两种组织中。碳化物的类型与残余奥氏体的分布、形态有关。在180,300,320和420℃下等温形成的贝氏体中均存在有ε碳化物。马氏体α或贝氏体,奥氏体A和ε碳化物间的取向关系为碳化物可从α/A界面A侧析出。
