采用垂直沉积法在洁净的载玻片表面上得到二氧化硅胶粒晶体薄膜.结果表明:复合薄膜中的二氧化钛主要以锐钛矿的晶型存在,二氧化钛纳米颗粒的平均粒径约为30 nm,3次二氧化钛填充后去除模板得到规则排列的二氧化钛大孔薄膜,大孔直径较二氧化硅颗粒直径有一定程度的收缩,平均粒径约为220 nm.
