运用有限元法研究了折曲长度对胶接接头应力分布的影响,结果表明,采用折曲的搭接方式能改善接头的应力分布,提高接头的承载能力;在一定范围内折曲长度增大,应力流线发生改变;接头应力分布越均匀;折曲长度取20mm时,接头界面以及胶层应力的分布较为理想.
