通过SEM、TEM及化学相分析的方法,对罩式退火前后TCS铁索体不锈钢热轧板中Nb、Ti碳氮化物进行了研究.结果表明:退火前后析出相粒子主要由TiN、(Ti,Nb)C组成.退火前(Ti,Nb)C粒子析出位置为晶界及亚晶界,退火后形状为不规则椭圆形,是点链状分布在晶粒中,尺寸比退火前显著增加;退火后TiN粒子发生聚集长大,钢板中部析出的TiN粒子在尺寸上大于边部,在数量上少于边部;退火后基体中固溶的C、S、P元素100%析出,N元素98.75%析出,Nb、Ti元素析出分别为73.91%和65%,Ni、Cr元素析出较少,分别为0.26%和0.03%.

Qualitative and quantitative analysis were conducted to the carbonitrides of Nb and Ti in a ferrite stainless steel before and after batch annealing by means of SEM , TEM and chemical phase analysis.The resulta indicate that the main carbonitrides particles in the steel after annealing are TiN and (Ti,Nb) C.The (Ti, Nb) C particles before annealing is precipitated at grain boundary and sub-boundary.The precipitated (Ti, Nb) C particles with irregular oval and spot-chain form in the steel after annealing are unevenly distributed in grains and their size mcreases comparing with the ones before annealing.After annealing, the TiN particles aggregate and grow up.The TiN particles precipitated in the middle of the plate are larger and fewer than the ones in the edge.The elements C, S and P in matrix are precipitated by 100% , and N by 98.75% , Nb by 73.91% and Ti by 65%.The elements Ni and Cr are precipitated from the matrix by 0.26% and 0.03% , respectively.
