采用二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、苯基三乙氧基硅烷通过水解缩合反应,合成与环氧树脂互溶较好的活性有机硅低聚体.结果表明:二甲基二乙氧基硅烷与苯基三乙氧基硅烷的物质的量比为3∶5,水的添加量为理论值的60%,催化剂浓盐酸的加量为反应物总质量的0.1%,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为5h条件下,合成的活性有机硅低聚物转化率为55%,适合与环氧树脂进行接枝共聚改性.
