根据我国大气腐蚀网站积累的环境数据和材料腐蚀数 据,采用人工神经网络方法,建立了碳钢及低合金钢的腐蚀率与大气环境腐蚀性因素间的预 测模型,讨论了气象、环境因素的选取,及不同的网络输出层变换函数对预测结果的影响。 结果表明,该模型能较准确地预测钢的大气腐蚀速率。
According to environment data and material corrosion data collected by atmospheric corrosion sites of China and using artificial neu ral network method,models for prediction of atmospheric corrosion behavior for c arbon steel and low alloy steel were proposed to describe the relationship betwe en corrosion rate and weather,corrosive environment factors.The choice of input factors and transform functions of output layer were also discussed.Results sho wed that the models could predict the corrosion rates of steels in atmosphere.
