用一种新的方法制备了含有多孔结构的TiO2薄膜.在前驱液中加入络合剂乙酰丙酮(ACAC)和二乙醇胺(DEA)时薄膜中出现孔状结构,而只加入络合剂ACAC时则没有孔出现.推测了孔状结构产生的可能机理,由2种络舍剂混合得到的圆孔被认为是由溶液体系中迅速形成的低聚物相与溶剂相二相分离所引发.XRD表征分析得出在500℃烧结得到的TiO2薄膜呈锐钛矿晶型,并且该薄膜的透光率高达83%.润湿性测试表明多孔结构的出现提高了薄膜的亲水性,水在薄膜上的接触角由15.6°减小到6.5°,接近超亲水范围.
