研究了复合烧结助剂ZnO-B2O3-SiO2(ZBS)玻璃和LiF添加量对Ca0.6La0.8/3TiO3-Li0.5Nd0.5 TiO3(CLLNT)陶瓷相结构、烧结特性及介电性能的影响.加入复合烧结助剂(ZBS玻璃和LiF)后,CLLNT陶瓷的烧结温度从1400℃降至1000℃;当ZBS玻璃的添加量为4%(质量分数,下同)、LiF的添加量小于3%时,CLLNT陶瓷样品中没有发现第二相,主晶相仍为斜方钙钛矿结构;当ZBS玻璃的添加量为4%、LiF的添加量为1%时,CLLNT陶瓷在1000℃烧结3h获得最佳性能,介电常数εr=97,Q×f=1286GHz,TCF=43×10-6/℃(4GHz).
