β-FeSiz是一种新的环境友好型半导体材料,通过在β-FeSi<,2>中掺入不同的杂质,可制成P型或n型半导体.从掺杂β-FeSi<,2>的制备技术、电学性质、光学性质和热电性质等几个方面介绍了掺杂β-FeSi<,2>的发展状况,并展望了掺杂β-FeSi<,2>的研究方向.
