在实验室模拟薄板坯连铸连轧流程试制取向硅钢的基础上,通过大量的透射电镜观察和分析检测,得到了脱碳退火后钢中形成的析出物的情况,确定了钢中的主抑制剂为Cu2S,同时还存在少量的辅助抑制剂AlN以及以复合析出物形式存在的微量的MnS。研究了Cu2S主抑制剂在薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产取向硅钢的析出特点,分析了实验用钢中Cu2S抑制力。结果表明,Cu2S作为薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产普通取向硅钢的主抑制剂有足够的抑制能力,能够满足CGO钢二次再结晶的要求。
For the grain oriented silicon steel trialproduced by the thin slab casting and rolling process in laboratory, the precipitates formed after decarburizing annealing in steel are ascertained through lots of TEM (transmission electron microscope) observation and analysis. In the grain oriented silicon steel, the mainly inhibitors are Cu2S particles, few AlN particles as the auxiliary inhibitors, and trace amount of MnS particles which are composite precipitates. The precipitation characteristics of inhibitor, (Cu2S) in the grain oriented silicon steel produced by the thin slab casting and rolling process are studied, and the effectiveness of inhibitor (Cu2S) in the steel is analyzed. The results indicate that as the main inhibitor of CGO steel produced by the thin slab casting and rolling process, Cu2S particles have enough effectiveness, so Cu2S particles can satisfy the requirements of secondary recrystallization of CGO steel.
