从氮氧化铝(AlON)的研究现状来看,研究AlON材料的物理化学性能、可行的合成方法是术,这对该材料在众多领域的应用将起重要的作用.针对限制AlON应用的弱点,结合近几年国内外的研究,综述了AlON材料在合成工艺-纳米AlON粉的制备方法、物理性能-引入第二相形成复相材料、化学性能-稳定性能、抗氧化、抗侵蚀性能等方面的最新进展,为AlON的广泛应用打下了理论基础.并展望了AlON及其复相材料的发展前景.
